On the 136th anniversary of his birth, we present the intriguing story of one of L.S. Lowry’s most significant and enduring friendships. During her illustrated talk, Ilminster Arts Centre volunteer Gaynor Arrowsmith will describe her ancestral art adventure as she reveals the little-known tale of her great-uncle and the great artist himself.
This is a fundraising event for the Ilminster Arts Centre. Tickets are free, but donations on the evening will be very gratefully received. We recommend reserving your free ticket in advance.
The talk starts at 7:30pm, doors from 6:30pm with bar available. There will be an interval.
Tickets: FREE (suggested £5 donation)
Tickets can also be reserved by ringing 01460 54973 or visiting us during opening hours.
